 Punctual and perform assigned job.
 Supervising and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
 Coordination, cooperation and communication with the front line staff and colleagues
 Floor cleaning and checking from top to bottom in every morning.
 To make sure that shelves and products are clean. Front Tags, Bar Code, Proper Display, and Dust on products.
 Make sure FIFO (First in first out) is implemented at the time of product display.
 Handle to difficult customer’s all the day, apologies with courtesy, Service by self.
 Price Change, Shortage, Quality, Wrong Bar-code, Near to Expiry, Price Difference with other stores & Discounts.
 Organizing special promotions, displays and events.
 Product placing with price tags and new order rising all the day.
 Control the pilferage\'s on floors.
 Checking of all safety measures on floors like fire and electric related problems.
