Supervising and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
Coordination, cooperation and communication with the front line staff and colleagues
Floor cleaning and checking from top to bottom in every morning.
To make sure that shelves and products are clean. Front Tags, Bar Code, Proper Display, and Dust on products.
Make sure FIFO (First in first out) is implemented at the time of product display.
Handle to difficult customer’s all the day, apologies with courtesy, Service by self.
Price Change, Shortage, Quality, Wrong Bar-code, Near to Expiry, Price Difference with other stores & Discounts.
Organizing special promotions, displays and events.
Product placing with price tags and new order rising all the day.
Control the pilferage\'s on floors.
Checking of all safety measures on floors like fire and electric related problems.
